Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actress. She is best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. The most well-known character played by Anne Dudek is Tiffany Wilson, in the film White Chicks. Her television appearances comprise Dr. Amber Volakis, in Fox's House sitcom, Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran on the HBO the drama Big Love. Dudek was raised and born in Massachusetts. She went to Northwestern University, where her debut performance as an actor was on stage was in a production called The Iphigenia Cycle. It was staged off Broadway in New York City where she was awarded the Joseph E. Calloway award for her stunning performance and was also profiled as one of the top 10 young theatre actors to watch in American Theater Magazine. Dudek was able to land roles on television as well as in films. Matthew Heller was the husband of the incredibly talented actor from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts on March 22 1975 but was raised in Newton. In her early career she attended college of Northwestern University. During this time, she participated in numerous theater productions as well as performing on Broadway. In the following year she won with the Connecticut Critics Circle Award, due to her performance in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama comedy she was a part of. The actress has appeared on a range of series, like Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. The actress also played Lucinda Barry on the pilot episode of Psych and then a schoolteacher who shares a sexual encounter with one of her students in Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek got her first role at House during its fourth season as Amber Volakis. Amber is among Dr. Gregory House's forty contenders to be a permanent member on House's team. The character was on the show throughout the year, before getting killed off in House's Heart & Head finale. House would later show her as a distorted character in the fifth season episode Saviors. Dudek also appeared on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson and on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both in recurring characters. In 2010 Dudek joined the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks who is the sister of the main character. In 2004 she appeared as Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line inheritor from White Chicks. She also appeared as the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
